Park rangers held an art workshop in Floreana

16 people from the Floreana community participated in the 1st Artistic Recycling and Personal Growth Workshop, taught by environmental educators from the Galapagos National Park Directorate, at the Amazonas school facilities.

For four days, the park rangers addressed issues of self-esteem and appreciation of the place where they live, and also taught how to develop artistic skills for making wall clocks and vases decorated in high relief.

These activities were carried out by the environmental authority with the support of the Island Conservation organization, as part of the Floreana project.
