We have led several construction projects

that play a critical role in safeguarding endemic species and pets during eradication process of introduced predators.

We have built 4 aviaries

1 aviary for temporary management of owls and 2 of them dedicated to the management of finches in Floreana, and one for the management of short-eared owls on Santa Cruz Island.

16 chicken coops have been constructed for poultry management.

To protect pets from the bait used to control invasive predators, we built 18 dog kennels.

By mid-September, an additional 14 enclosures will be completed to protect house cats.

Additionally, we've erected 7 stables for livestock management and 9 pig pens for swine management.

Finally, we have set up a small laboratory for sample analysis and spaying and neutering pets.

These construction projects are essential for the effective implementation of the overall project.
